This webinar will focus on state and local efforts to reduce carbon emissions by banning the use of natural gas as a heating and hot water source in commercial buildings. This debate is increasingly occurring as many elected officials attempt to replace natural gas with electric systems in order reduce the carbon footprint within their communities. The panelists will discuss these efforts and the commercial real estate industry’s response.
